Robyn Struthers

Funeral Director

Robyn has been in the funeral industry since 1991 when she and her husband Neil Struthers started Canterbury Christian Funeral Services. Robyn finds being a Funeral Director an extremely fulfilling profession, taking enormous pride in serving Canterbury families.

Robyn and Neil live in Lyttelton, a place they enjoy immensely in part because of all their community involvement (Robyn is the in-coming President of the Lyttelton Rotary Club) and also because of the local history and their port views.

Robyn experienced many changes in her life in 2009 which allowed her to personally grow in many different ways. In May their daughter made them proud grandparents of a beautiful wee granddaughter, a role Robyn is enjoying very much.

When Robyn’s not looking after her granddaughter or helping a friend/family or community she can be found on the golf course, reading, hunched over a jigsaw, playing cards or on an overseas jaunt.

Robyn's outgoing, friendly personality is approachable, sincere, and valued by both the staff and the families she serves.
