General Terms & Conditions for the Luxury Weekend Draws

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are binding on you (and your guests where applicable) when entering the Luxury Weekend away in Kaikoura draw operated by Canterbury Christian Funeral Services (hereafter CCFS).

1.2 No purchase or payment or obligation is necessary to enter the Luxury Weekend draw and additional copies of Terms and Conditions are available on request from CCFS or on our website www.canterburychristianfunerals.co.nz

1.3 Entry and participation in this draw shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 You must pass a copy of these Terms to your guests (if applicable) and ensure they comply with them. By entering the draw entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.

2. Eligibility
2.1 You must have requested an Obligation Free Information Pack by phone or by clipping out the coupon from community papers to be eligible for entry into the draw.

2.2 One entry only per person for any of the monthly draws, other family members (even if living at the same address) upon request of the Obligation Free Information Pack will be eligible

2.3 Any staff of CCFS or any other persons directly connected with the company are not eligible to enter.

2.4 Unless otherwise stated you must be at least 20 years old, and if requested to do so, provide proof of your age.

2.5 You must provide personal details as reasonably requested to do so by CCFS. Refusal to comply will result in disqualification from the draw.

2.6 Any entries received by CCFS will be automatically entered only once into only that month's draw. No responsibility will be taken by CCFS for any entries that are illegible, misdirected, or lost in the post.

3. Health and Safety
3.1 By entering the CCFS draw you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure your own health and safety.

3.4 All activities while on the Luxury Weekend away are undertaken at your own risk and CCFS is not liable in any way.

4. Prize
4.1 At the end of each month the entries received for that month will go into the draw and one winner for that month will be drawn by an independent person. The prize is for luxury accommodation at The Waves Apartments, Kaikoura, for up to four people for two nights, $100.00 petrol vouchers, and a bottle of wine (all other expenses to be covered by the winner).

4.2 Prize must be taken in accordance with the dates, destination and number as specified by CCFS. There will be no cash alternative and no alternative destination. The dates for the weekend will be needed in advance to ensure availability. Prizes must be collected in person with identification that includes a photograph (driver's licence, passport) will be required.

4.3 The decision of CCFS's judges is final and conclusive in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
All monthly winners will be notified by phone (or mail if no number available) and their names listed on the CCFS website www.canterburychristianfunerals.co.nz Where a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, and another draw will be held from that month's entries.

4.4 All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner. CCFS is not liable for any costs relating to the collection of prizes or any add-ons required i.e. travel, extended accommodation, meals, etc. Prizes are not transferable, and must (where applicable) be used on the dates specified and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Confidentiality
5.1 CCFS will not disclose, reveal, communicate or otherwise make public to anyone at any time any information relating to any entrants personal details

6. Canterbury Christian Funeral Services- Exclusion of Liability
6.1 CCFS is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the draw or prizes, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any).
