CARR, Cathryn May (Cathy). On April 4, 2010, peacefully in Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by her family. Aged 51 years.

Much loved partner of Miles, dearly loved Mum of David, Sarah, Rebecca, and Ash, recent Nan of Isabella (3 weeks). Loved daughter of Dawn and the late Sonny Lewis, and much loved sister of Dawnie, Pauline, Victor, Roy, Warren, Ian, Arthur, and Nick.

The family wish to thank the staff in Intensive Care at Christchurch Hospital and the Police and Ambulance Service for their special care and support.
