Chapman Lesley Jane - (nee Tranter) On April 29, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family and friends.

It is with deep sadness we say goodbye to Jane, beloved wife of Max, adored mother of Bronwyn and Adam and mother-in-law of Abi, darling daughter of Pat and the late Sid Tranter, sister of Mark, and aunt of Iain and Jack.

Our special thanks to the Oncology staff at Christchurch Hospital and our appreciation to the doctors, nurses and carers from Nurse Maude.

A celebration of Jane's life was held in Spreydon Baptist Church, on May 4th, 2010.
