VAN DE POL, Anouska. On February 20, 2010, unexpectedly after a short illness in Christchurch Hospital. Aged 39 years.

Much loved partner of Brendon, dearly loved daughter of Peter and Marian, loved sister and sister-in-law of Patrick and Bronwyn, loved step-daughter of Annie, loved auntie of Zoe, and Connor. Special longstanding friend of Natasja.

The family wish to thank the staff in ICU and Cardiology at Christchurch Hospital for their special care and support. Messages to the van de Pol family c/- PO Box 31300, Christchurch 8444.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made at the service.

The service to celebrate Anouska's life will be held in the Glentunnel Community Hall, 2652 Homebush Road, Glentunnel on Wednesday, February 24, at 2.00pm.
