Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her Tamariki, Partner, Whanau, and Friends at Waikuku Beach, on February 15, 2010. Aged 42 years.

Life long cherished soulmate of Viv Sinclair-Phillips, devoted and adoring Mama of Timoti, Renee, Pirika, and Martha, loved daughter of the late Jack and Martha Phillips (Taranaki), loved sister of Paddy and Dave, Steve and Elaine, Reuben and Paula, Haylee and Steve, and the late Joeanne, and a treasured auntie to all her nieces and nephews.
