BUTCHER, John (Butch). On January 7th, 2010, passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, after a long battle with cancer.

Dearly loved husband of Doreen, loved father and father-in-law of Steve, Eugene, and Karen; and Ali, Kati, and Peter. Pioneering contractor and avid member of the Harness racing community.

The service to celebrate John's life will be held in the Silksroom, Addington Raceway, Jack Hinton Drive on Thursday, January 14, at 2.00 pm, followed by interment at the Ruru Lawn Cemetery, Ruru Road
