A solid New Zealand hand made Rimu timber casket with a flat lid, and black metal handles.

Finished in a "refined" antique look (machine and hand sanded and then a hand waxed finish).

Nextgen Bamboo Casket

The Nextgen is made from laminated bamboo and is beautifully finished in natural timber oils.

The gentle flowing shape of the nextgen offers low sides for easier viewing and a softly curved base to cradle and support. Comfortable wooden handles are built into the sides, an uncluttered and attractive outline.

Constructed from bamboo, with a 100% cotton quilted mattress and finished with citrus-scented organic wood-oil, nextgen can be cremated or buried without causing unnecessary pollution.

This casket has been constructed in an Eco Friendly manner with minimal use of screws, pins and with water based glues. Each casket has been hand crafted and comes with an individual Eco Friendly Certificate from the Christchurch manufacturer.
